We take all feedback seriously and have thoroughly looked into this matter.After reviewing our CCTV footage, it is clear that a bottle of water was asked for. At the time, our staff member was in the middle of taking another order, yet still responded promptly and provided exactly what was requested. When the team member later returned to request payment for the bottle, she was unfortunately met with accusations that she had made a mistake and claims that the bottle had never been requested.We want to clarify that our staff acted appropriately and respectfully throughout the interaction. What is particularly disappointing is that she was also threatened with a bad review—something we never expect from any of our valued customers.As a small, hard-working business, we strive every day to serve our community with kindness and professionalism.
