Overall, the experience was delightful. The staff is very courteous and interacts with customers in a polite and professional manner. The food was served quickly with minimal wait time. The ambiance offers a fine dining feel with elegant décor, and the food is tasty yet reasonably priced. This is an Amazing place for Pizza, the thin crust pizza and Cheesy Garlic bread are my fav. This has now become my go to place for pizza, no place makes better thin crust pizza than Ritazza. I had a very bad experience at Caffè Ritazza. The menu does not properly differentiate between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, which is unacceptable. There should be clear indications using green and brown dots or some other universally recognized markers. When I asked the waiter whether the sandwich I ordered was vegetarian, she confirmed it was. However, it turned out to be non-vegetarian, which is extremely disappointing since I am a vegetarian. I did not accept the order, but to make matters worse, the waiter was laughing when he came to serve it. This behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
