Located at LG floor of Sarath City Mall with open seating. Economical place with variety of pizzas, burgers, sandwiches etc. Pizzas are worth trying here as they are very popular. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Took them 1 hr and couldn't get 2 coffees and 2 dishes. Food when it came was cold, too much sauce in it. Still waiting for the coffee..... Will not recommend this place Update: The coffee came in but guess what it was not the coffee I ordered Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

I had a very bad experience at Caffè Ritazza. The menu does not properly differentiate between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, which is unacceptable. There should be clear indications using green and brown dots or some other universally recognized markers. When I asked the waiter whether the sandwich I ordered was vegetarian, she confirmed it was. However, it turned out to be non-vegetarian, which is extremely disappointing since I am a vegetarian. I did not accept the order, but to make matters worse, the waiter was laughing when he came to serve it. This behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
