Don't know whether it has started functioning or not. 5 stars so far as the location is concerned. Located on the left bank of River Sindh which has has shimmering gushing waters which adds to the scene and gives a pleasant look. It will be very good for the employees who are working at Mini secretariat Ganderbal for organizing departmental functions and parties.
