Visited Cafe Soopoo this morning with friends and was looking forward to a chill vibe... and they definitely have that! Cute and cozy ambience, loved the decor. However, service was pretty slow. We arrived by 10:54-ish, by 11 am we approach at the self-service counter to place the order, upon placing the order were told they'd be short-staffed - only two staff handling orders and they were busy with existing customers. Said it'd take 20 mins at least. Asked if we could get something faster since we had a time crunch, didn't work out. Had a few pastries and desserts ready, but nothing for breakfast. Guess if they had some pre-cooked options handy, could've worked better. Ended up heading elsewhere . Maybe try if you're looking for a chill hangout spot, but manage expectations on service. The service was pathetic. We had to insist them to clear the table. The food is okay at the price n of course the ambience is good. But the staff was throwing attitude . Iam attaching a pic just to demonstrate cleanliness levels
