Avoid this hotel at all costs! The kitchen staff lacks basic hygiene, and what's even more shocking is the owner/manager personally selecting food with his bare hands to serve customers. The fact that he eats the food he's handled and then serves the same to customers is utterly disgusting. Unbelievable lack of concern for customer health and safety. 1/10 would not recommend. My visit to Cafe Gokulam was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever had at a food establishment. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to go elsewhere. The terrible experience began immediately. As I was attempting to place my order, a member of the staff shouted at me—a completely unacceptable and unprofessional way to treat a customer. A cafe should be a welcoming place, and staff should treat customers with respect, especially when dealing with a serious complaint like finding contamination in food. The combination of dangerous lack of hygiene and aggressive, abusive customer service makes this a place to be avoided. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
