You can have nicely cooked chicken, pizza and white sauce pasta at this cafe. Great cold coffee is worth a try here. The cheerful staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Cafe Dot Com - Sus, Pune is remarkable for its enjoyable service. When inside, the atmosphere is nice. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Despite the cafe being almost empty with just one other customer, my order took an unreasonably long time to arrive. I had to follow up multiple times (4–5 times, in fact), which was frustrating. To make matters worse, they ask for payment upfront and don’t offer refunds, so I felt stuck waiting. Definitely not the kind of service I expected. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
