Food is just above average. But not bad as well. Service was good. Staff can't speak english or hindi properly, so difficult to communicate.. Atmosphere was good. Sea view is good. After sunset they provided candles lamps at all tables. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Limited options. Here’s a draft for your review: Rating: 1/5 Had the worst experience at Cafe De La Mer, Kovalam Beach. The food preparation is extremely disappointing, and the service is just as bad. They refused to serve chutney with chicken manchurian, claiming it’s only for tandoori chicken – what kind of logic is this? I’m currently sitting here, waiting to finish my meal because I’ve already placed the order, but this is definitely my last visit. Avoid this place if you value good food and service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
