I had a very disappointing experience at this café. I ordered pizza fries and a coffee. While the pizza fries were served on time, I had to wait 45 minutes just for a cup of coffee — and there were no other customers around. If the waiting time was going to be this long, I would’ve preferred to pre-order from home and saved my time. Moreover, the hygiene was quite poor. Tables were dirty, and leftover items had been lying around for a long time without being cleaned. It felt like we were expected to clean up ourselves. Overall, not a pleasant visit at all. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves both service and cleanliness.
