Had an amazing experience at JW cafe owing to the recent Dell technologies event as well as with a great hospitality and service by Mr Suraj Singh.. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Indian Food, Assorted Muffins, Dessert Buffet Spread, Dutch Truffle, Strawberry Ice Cream Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

To summarize, mediocre food, mediocre service but exorbitant price. Of all the five star buffets I have been to this simply is the worst in terms of quality of food, variety, no exotic dishes etc. Even live counters seem like placed for the sake of it. Roti orders are shouted in a manner all nearby tables will know what you ordered. What really surprises me that their own chain restaurant lotus cafe at mariott juhu has an amazing buffet and that too at same price. Not sure why they don't visit there and look at the food options and easily they will know the difference. 20 minutes and 3 reminders for a Mac and cheese pasta (1 of the namesake live counter). Only 1 person handling waffles, ice creams etc. Nobody at noodles live counter throughout the evening. Every time you need to remind them for clearing plates. What surprises me that despite all these negatives their restaurant was quite full maybe cos of lack of choices nearby but guess that's resulted in their we don't care attitude.
