Clients don't like coffee at this cafe. From the visitors' point of view, the staff is boorish here. A number of reviewers suppose that the service is good. But facebook users left reviews on Cafe Unplugged and rated it below average.

The hookah wasn't good and the sofas all burnt. They had holes in them. Probably, people spilled coal on them. The washroom was quite dirty and the waiters couldn't serve the food. Let alone serving the food, the waiters had no idea about anything, neither the menu nor anything about the cafe itself. Even the wait time was quite a lot. After all this negativity when I thought that maybe the food will make up for all this, they served us noodles that had egg shells in them. Tasted like street side fast food outlets.

I took my team of 15 people for a buffet lunch. The spread had 5 varities of starters, 5 varities of main course (including prawns) and deserts. We were also given unlimited hookah and mocktails alongwith a dance floor and some music (no DJ yet an additional perk). My entire team loved the quality of staters and were up till the brim. Main course was good too. I would recommend Cafe Unplugged for such gatherings as it was worth every penny.
