NEVER GO HERE ON WEEKENDS. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS. Been coming to Toscano for 7+ years now. Had a horrendous Sunday experience going here with two kids! Our order was taken but they missed sending it to kitchen. 45mins later they placed the actual order of pizza and pasta. When we decided to walk out because kid was getting cranky, the manager/ supervisor in green suit apologized and said pizza is on him and give us 5-10mins. Eventually pizza came, then pasta almost came but was again rerouted to another table! Man in green suit again apologized. It was total chaos. Ok everyone is bound to have a bad day in life but atleast one has to keep their word. When the final bill of INR 4314 came, pizza was on us, half-cooked pasta was on us and.. shamelessly, they had also added 6% Employee contribution in the bill. This is one shameful way to lose a loyal customer!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Kid-friendliness: Never go here on weekends. They fail miserably in managing adult customers, forget taking care of kid friendliness.
