As a regular, paying customer at Cafe The Cartel, I was deeply insulted when staff member Sunny, upon my request for RO water, remarked with a terrible tone, 'ek baar in logo ko serve kar dete hain fir baar baar ro water mangtey hain' and later said 'in logo ko TAP WATER de do.' This, coupled with the fact that free drinking water isn't even provided, made me feel like an unwelcome burden, not a valued guest, despite our loyalty. Disappointing.
