Title: Disappointing Experience: No Discount as Promised I recently visited Terracotta Cafe & Eatery after pre-booking a table through Swiggy Dineout. However, despite the promises made on the app, my experience fell short of expectations. Firstly, the lack of any discount or benefits mentioned in the Swiggy Dineout booking was disappointing. As a customer, I expected to receive the advertised perks, but unfortunately, this was not the case. On the positive side, the ambiance of Terracotta Cafe & Eatery was pleasant, with a cozy atmosphere and inviting decor. The staff were polite and attentive, ensuring a comfortable dining experience. Regarding the food, while the menu offered a variety of options, the quality was average at best. The dishes lacked the wow factor, and the presentation was underwhelming. Overall, my visit to Terracotta Cafe & Eatery left much to be desired. The failure to honor the promised discount through Swiggy Dineout was a major letdown, and coupled with the mediocre food, I'm hesitant to revisit or recommend this establishment to others.
