Visited the iconic Cafe Tato to dive into some local flavors. We tried a spread of the Alsande, Dry, and Mixed Bhaji—the flavors were incredibly authentic and deep, though definitely on the fiery side! If you have a sensitive palate, be prepared for some heat. ​The Puri was served piping hot and fresh, though a bit on the indulgent/oily side. To balance out the spice, the Cold Coffee was a total lifesaver—creamy, refreshing, and perfectly chilled. A great spot for a heavy, traditional Goan brunch if you don't mind a bit of oil and spice to kickstart your day!
