Pulled over at a small highway cafe namely cafe shinur for rajma chawal, and it turned out to be a great call. The rajma was slow cooked and full of flavours, balanced spices with beans that were perfectly tender. The rice was fluffy and light, and the drizzle of desi ghee on top gave the whole plate that warm, homestyle touch you rarely find on the road. For a highway stop, the quality surprised me, it tasted like a proper home-cooked meal. Service was a bit slow but worth of waiting, making it an easy, satisfying break before getting back on the road. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
