I visited Cafe Ruchira for the first time and had a disastrous experience. I ordered chole puri, but despite multiple reminders, it took over 30 minutes without any sign of preparation. Meanwhile, newer customers received their orders, including the same dish. The service was appalling, and the staff seemed indifferent. I will never return and hope such establishments improve their customer service or face consequences. Today, I left this hotel with an empty stomach after a 30-minute wait.
