Recommendation : please don't visit this place, they need a lesson to be user friendly.
We walked in at 8.30pm, waited for around 30 mins for a table. Finally placed the order for 2 sheesha since there were 5 of us. The order did arrive on time...we some how managed to ignore the wait time and got into chit chat. This was suppose to be a good reunion for us but thanks to the staff of this place, we were asked to leave since there were others waiting outside. On asking we were also told that we've already exceeded time limit. And they refused to accept anymore oders because they wanted to accommodate others .after this awful service we decide to leave and settle our bill. All that happened wasn't enough, now we found out this amazing place doesn't even accept cards whereas the zomato page says they accept cards. It's 10pm and my friends out looking for an ATM. It's like the management had decided that they want to make sure we have a terrible experience. I am never returning to place or recommending it to anyone. In fact I'll make sure none of my friends visit this place and thin their evening. Poor show by cafe ringzz. Complete thumbs down to you guys.
