Firstly I ordered a Aloo tikki burger which cost me 49 rs,I gave 50 rs but she gave me the excuse that I don't have change..Secondly the buger was tasteless..not crispy as they wrote in the menu..very less onion n tomato they put..I m a vegetarian hard core..they had non veg menu as well..n thats okay..but they use same fryer for both veg n non veg..n that bothers me.she told me that very casually..n I couldn't cancel as it got ready after 15 mini.n my fault I asked her late. So it's better for people who are veg..take these things into consideration.. Food: 1 Service: 1

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing these details to our attention so we can improve. Regarding the change, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We always aim to provide exact change, but we unfortunately fell short that morning. We will ensure this is managed better moving forward. On the burger quality, we have already spoken to our team and retrained them on the correct stuffing and crispiness levels to ensure every order meets our standards. Regarding the fryer, we believe in complete transparency. We do use a shared fryer, and we answered your query honestly when asked. We apologise if the communication felt casual; our intention was simply to be open and direct about our kitchen practices. We hope you give us another opportunity to serve you better in the future.
