Visited Café Red in Shahpur Jat and had a disappointing experience. Water was dripping from the AC the entire time, making it uncomfortable to sit. I informed the manager, Rahul, but he showed no concern or willingness to address the issue. Really poor maintenance and customer service for such a place.
