I called and told them about my specifications, they agreed but didnt followed. And dont know why, but this starter/snack was in gravy. Very poor experience.

S Cafe at the Grand Sheraton on the Dewas Indore Bypass serves an all vegetarian buffet. The spread looks very sumptuous and the options are just too much. I liked their Salad section which serves a variety of salads, plus their white sauce pasta was good. Soup was good but did not enjoy the dessert section. My expectation was very high but comparatively it was just ok in taste. I liked their Rabdi and the Pan ice cream. Their North Indian was just ok. Their Chinese section and Italian was decent. Amazing atmosphere and excellent service. Ambience is very beautiful. Worth going once.
