We booked a dine out from Swiggy and went for dinner. It is one of the worst service + food I have seen in indore. Soup was cold and we asked for hot soup, we got hot soup after asking for couple of times. Asked for starters and got the starters after 30mins. We had to look around for service. In last when we are rice, it was super hard to eat. I wasn't expecting such food or service at such place. In the end we asked for manager and he also didn't showed up at last. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

Pathetic experience, in the name of Thai food serving anything. No taste and choice of menu is not worth INR 2000 per person. Instead choose other restaurants in same category. My earlier experience were good but last 2 times were pathetic.

Had an amazing experience at S Café – Sheraton Grand Indore. The buffet was really good with a wide variety of dishes. If you face any issue with any item, the chef personally comes to you, gets it corrected, and serves it again – that’s truly impressive! It was an awesome luxury experience. The staff was super friendly and made the dining even more enjoyable. Price-wise it’s decent, with a little scope for improvement, but overall a perfect buffet experience in Indore. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600
