I recently visited the Sheraton Indore, and I must say it was a massive disappointment. For a brand that carries the Marriott name, the standards have clearly slipped.The taste was honestly subpar. Whether it was the seasoning or the freshness, the dishes lacked any flavor profile you’d expect from a five-star establishment. It felt more like a low-end cafeteria than a luxury dining experience.Service This was the worst part of the visit. The staff seemed untrained, unattentive, and completely indifferent to guest needs. Requests took forever to be addressed, and there was a general lack of hospitality throughout the property.I would not recommend this hotel if you value quality food and professional service. There are much better luxury options in Indore that actually deliver on their promises.

Had an amazing experience at S Café – Sheraton Grand Indore. The buffet was really good with a wide variety of dishes. If you face any issue with any item, the chef personally comes to you, gets it corrected, and serves it again – that’s truly impressive! It was an awesome luxury experience. The staff was super friendly and made the dining even more enjoyable. Price-wise it’s decent, with a little scope for improvement, but overall a perfect buffet experience in Indore. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
