It was a very pathetic experience.. the service was very slow, staff was not at all attentive as if they were tired or not interested... The place was over crowded and though we did the prior booking, we have to wait for 15-20 mins.... Food was not at all good ... Ordered cheeze pizza and nachos in Mexican bowl was not at all tasting good ... We asked to make kathi roll mild spicy and they made sooo spicy that weren't able to eat a single piece.... Please don't waste your hard earned money in this restaurant. I went with family. The service staff is ridiculous, did not serve us starters and ice cream. The big belly staff were not interested in in serving starters but after reminding them we got one but at the end they never served ice cream, we forgot and they never ask, as it was hidden. Dessert counter not good. Main course not worth the money mostly salads. I had to remind them to clear table. The staff were in so much rush that they served bill ignoring my family who was still eating. Never going again. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cafe Piano was a bit of a letdown after our excellent earlier experience at TGB. The food was average, but the service was good. Maybe we caught them on an off day?
