Only if our server was not on his phone i would have given this place a 5 star. Since we came in his cafe the server was not responsive and was on his phone constantly. Even after ordering our icecream he kept staring at his phone without giving a hint about our order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
