This cute cafe is nestled in a corner! It’s peaceful and calm when you enter. The interiors are cozy and soothing. The service is warm and impeccable! The food is as good as it can get! Only regret is having a small stomach but what a menu! Kudos to the people runnning the show and an awesome leader heading this cafe! Do visit if in Chandigarh or crossing from the hills! I recently visited Cafe Olio in Chandigarh for the first time, and overall it turned out to be a pleasant and memorable experience. I had heard quite a bit about this place, so I was excited to finally try it myself. The café has a warm and inviting ambiance that instantly makes you feel comfortable. It’s a good spot to relax, whether you’re visiting with friends or just want to enjoy a quiet meal. For my order, I chose the Aglio Olio pasta and the Primavera Pizza. The pizza was topped with bell peppers, mozzarella, basil, and cherry tomatoes. Starting with the pasta, I must say I really enjoyed it. The Aglio Olio was well-balanced, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. It felt light yet satisfying, with fresh ingredients that truly stood out. As for the Primavera Pizza, the taste was good and comparable to what you find in other well-known restaurants. While it wasn’t exceptionally different in flavor, the freshness of the ingredients made a noticeable difference. The vegetables tasted crisp, and the cheese was perfectly melted, giving the pizza a wholesome feel. One thing to note is that the prices are on the higher side, which might not suit everyone. Additionally, the waiting time was a bit long, especially during peak hours, so patience is required. However, the quality and freshness of the food somewhat make up for these points.
