I am utterly disgusted and deeply disappointed with my recent visit to Cafe Noorani. I ordered zatar Naan with Hummus and a side of pickled vegetables—only to find a cockroach in the food. This is not just unacceptable, it is shocking and downright revolting. Even after pointing out this serious hygiene violation, all I received was a casual apology. Even after returning the pickled vegetables they have me a replacement which i didn't bother to take. They didn't even offer me refund and i was too disappointed to ask for one with either! Your staff took my number claiming that management would contact me, which I think was just a gimmick! Serving contaminated food is a severe health hazard. The way the situation was handled proves that customer safety and satisfaction clearly do not matter to you. I expected better from an establishment that claims to have a reputation, but this experience was nothing short of disgraceful. If this is how you treat paying customers—even after serving them unhygienic food—then Cafe Noorani has no business running a restaurant. Sort out your hygiene standards and your ethics before someone takes legal action. Am attaching my invoice copy for your reference. Took Nalli Nihari on 2 Feb noon. Too much chili, all bare bones, too little meat.
