I ordered brownie with icecream...the brownie was very bad.. it was very hard to cut and taste not worth the price.worst experience from such a brand name . Very disappointed. Food: 1 Price per person: ₹1–200

Disappointing Service I recently visited , and while I really enjoyed the taste of the food and drinks, the service left me disappointed. One of the staff members, a lady taking orders at the counter, was extremely rude. I asked for a tissue and a spoon, and although she clearly heard me, she chose to ignore my request. Instead of responding politely, she gave me an attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. Good food should be complemented by good service, and unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope the management addresses this issue because customer experience matters just as much as the food. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400
