That coffee shop is truly amazing! I understand what you mean when you say allowing it to cool slightly enhances the coffee's flavor. I appreciate the motorsport based ambience. The food options are awesome. The location is very accessible. Must visit if you are near Kharghar.!!! Aamir served us and guided us greatly along the amazing menu which Cafe Monza has. The food is great and worth visiting again.
