Their breakfast is great, egg pledge being my favorite! And the chai is pretty good too. The staff is polite and courteous, our coffee got late once and they didn't charge for it.
But I can see where most of the negative reviews are coming from - the place is not maintained well. Although, I read that it's under renovation, so hopefully that'll be taken care of.
So, definitely a great place for your Sunday brunches!
Once it happened to be a great hang out place with board games and books but carelessness from the providers end may be the reason for decrease in rating

Food was average nothing extraordinary though hashbrowns and mushrooms were good
Cappuccino was good.I think this place is meant for some coffee session rather than breakfast.
