This is definitely highly underrated. It's *not* a 2.8 place!

Their breakfast is great, egg pledge being my favorite! And the chai is pretty good too. The staff is polite and courteous, our coffee got late once and they didn't charge for it.

But I can see where most of the negative reviews are coming from - the place is not maintained well. Although, I read that it's under renovation, so hopefully that'll be taken care of.

So, definitely a great place for your Sunday brunches!

Good place to hangout in cold days.. as i had found d ac to be not working in most f d times. Many of the dishes are also missing.
Once it happened to be a great hang out place with board games and books but carelessness from the providers end may be the reason for decrease in rating

Today me and my friend visited this place and we had a very good experience at cafe mocha 35 mm. We ordered veggie pledge and scrambled eggs. Veggie pledge was awesome.. The garlicky spinach and corn was so creamery and the balance was right. Hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and a bit soft inside.baked beans were good as well..the butter sautéd mushrooms were seasoned perfectly.. Later we took scrambled eggs which were good but was a little low on salt.
I enjoyed eating in cafe mocha 35mm..
