Verdict - never ever go to Cafe Mama Mia

1. We went for pastries and their pastry was rotten. Initially they were not ready to accept it but when we asked the bakery chef to taste it, he agreed to replace it.
2. Their chocolate tart was also not at all fresh and the chocolate filling was relatively too hard.
3. Service was pathetic. You ask for water and they come after 10 minutes with regular water. In this weather, you expect water to be cold. But here is more. You again ask for water and then no will come back. If you dare to check after 10 minutes, they will reply that no one was asked for water. Instead of being apologetic about it, they will come back on you.

Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I was not attended properly. There were only 2 waiters including the manager named Abhishek. And this guy was not even looking like a manager. I will start with the knowledge of beers he had as he suggested they had only kingfisher. Then while talking to me he kept his hands in his pockets. Wearing dirty shirt, and forget about the tie. I mean how can you be so bad at presenting yourself to the customers?

I know I am reviewing this very late but visited or rather was in the Hotel for over a month and was home for me for the Breakfast portion. It was a long visit so they served us with a lot of variety of Juices and all the options in eggs also different types of Breads and croissant. Also they served us with every option in South Indian food. The food is good and ambience of the inner side is good and in the evening you will like the dim lighting options.
