Totally disappointed. I rarely post bad reviews, as I know running a restaurant is a tough task but this time I had enough. I went there for dinner. The basement was pretty loud. The ambience was non existent. The live music was performed poorly. The place had no soul. I ordered the thali and a starter recommended by the waiter. It took a long time to get the food. Sitting there was chore jn itself because of reasons i mentioned before. Finally the food arrived after almost 45 minutes. The waiter said that average time for preparation is 25 minutes. The Food was a letdown. Given the branding we had expected something unique. But it was very generic chicken branded as a premium dish. The thali had dal and chicken and some sides served with rice. Dal was pretty plain and chicken was extremely oily and spicy, reminded me of chicken kosha (a Bengali delicacy). But as I mentioned despite all the spices used it was pretty generic tasting. Yes the sides (onions, radish etc) were delicious but the main dishes were extremely underwhelming. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000

I had Shyapta and oh my god, it was delicious. It was super fresh and piping hot. Riwash provided excellent customer service and explained all the dishes with a smile. Thank you Cafe Lungta. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
