UPDATE (Response to the Owner): Happy to see your response to the review which shows your are concerned. To clarify, this review is specifically for Cafe Kebabs. My feedback stems from two visits: first, being asked to vacate our table at your old main MI road outlet three years ago, and recently (on 17th Jan 2026), we were served a non-veg platter with missing items. Rather than fixing it, your waiter and chef engaged in a back-and-forth argument, with the waiter repeatedly conveying that the "chef denies the claim." This defensive attitude compounded by my previous experience of being asked to vacate a table at your old outlet—shows that despite the new location, the service culture hasn't improved in three years. While your new ambience is excellent, the service issues remain unchanged after three years. I shared this genuine review because I want to see you succeed, but the hospitality must match the decor. High-quality dining in Jaipur requires better staff management. Hope to have a better experience on my next visits. (Change of heart after your response). Cheers. I’ve had two poor experiences now: once being asked to move tables after sitting for 10 minutes to accommodate other 'so called' imp. guests, - not to mention 'there was no board of reserved' on the table we sat on - and more recently, being served an incomplete non-veg platter. To make matters worse, the chef was quite arrogant and refused to listen when the issue was raised. Great vibes can’t make up for "trash" service; I won't be returning. Hello Sir, Cud u plz share the time n date of the incident because our team is not able to identify when did this happen. Firstly, you have placed this review on the page of Old Cafe Kebabs outlet. Secondly, the chefs are not in direct contact with the customers and thirdly, Most of our guests are getting confused in "Cafe Kebabs's" new outlet n "Kebabs&More". Both these outlets are different but adjacent. Sir, plz reach out to us at 8696999888. If u had such an experience at our restaurant, we surely are at fault and we will try n fix it. Thanku
