Good service and ambience. Nice service and servings. Had a good tea break time. Food is also tasty. Whether it's alfam, shawarma, or fried chicken, everything tastes fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavor. It’s evident they maintain a better-than-average standard when it comes to ingredients. The pricing is also quite reasonable for what they offer, which makes it a value-for-money spot. They also have a well-stocked bakery section that deserves a special mention. There’s a nice variety of snacks and sweets, and most of them are worth trying. It’s a good place to grab some quick bites or desserts. The ambience is nicely done, with a decent seating setup that makes dining in a pleasant experience. However, there are two major drawbacks that really affect the overall experience: Item Availability:. The menu boasts a wide range of options, but unfortunately, only a few items are actually available each time. It’s disappointing to see such a limited real-time choice when the menu raises expectations. Service Quality & Staff Behavior:. This is the most concerning part. The staff, especially one person in particular, shows no interest in customer service. He appears lazy, spends most of his time watching reels on his phone with high volume, and doesn’t even try to communicate properly. His attitude is unprofessional—as if he’s giving food for free—and he makes no effort to assist or engage with customers respectfully. This severely affects the customer experience.
