At the outset let me start by saying that we're sorry that you had a terrible experience. You had ordered Pesto Pasta which we give only in spaghetti but as per your specifications and request it was done in Penne . Once you were served you took one bite and said that it was not okay and a senior member of the team was called by the server to address the issue . Upon his coming he was told that it was bitter and he did tell you that he would take that away but you said that just adust it make a gravy ..and he did tell you gravy will not work for a pasta ..yet you insisted on adding some cheese and chicken. Your request was honoured and as you wanted the dish to be adjusted that was done ..Yet you did not like the dish and have come to the kitchen, kept in on the stool and gone bk to your seat . The staff was quite taken aback by this behaviour. Finally you ate the other thing in your order a Pizza and Iced Tea . In your bill you were charged for only these two things and not the Pasta. May I add that the Pesto sauce we make is from fresh Basil , walnuts and garlic..so the taste will be different and is more of an acquired taste in comparison to a store bought or packaged Pesto Sauce. The same was told to you too. However the sauce was checked by 2/3 members of the team to check for bitterness but they didn't find it bitter . But the staff went all the way to make it the way you wanted and in the end you said it was raw and cold. The pasta was cooked Al Dente as it is supposed to be and the food was reheated.. Therefore it's really surprising and sad to know that you found everything bad about our place . The people serving in any eatery are human too..they do deserve empathy too..a bad dish according to you as it didn't suit your palate they tried to fix but didn't just suit you ..Still I'd say sorry that you had a bad experience at our cafe.
