Disappointing food experience. The lassi was sour to the point of tasting spoiled, and the pizza was uncooked, with raw dough Completely unacceptable for any restaurant. To make things worse, the staff seemed totally disinterested. No one bothered to address the issues, and the attitude felt like they just didn’t care at all about the quality or the customers. Overall, terrible food and indifferent service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Mr Rathi Thank you for your feedback.We have gone through the entire feedback and conferred with the team and even checked on our cameras.Sir it seems you came with a pre opinionated mind.You were seated in our cafe for nearly an hour .You shifted your table twice .The staff attended diligently.You did not eat the Nachos yet made an opinion about it .You say the lassi was sour , sir we tasted it and it wasn't .In winters yogurt very rarely goes sour . The yogurt used is not store bought but set in-house.Our thin crust pizzas are made from fresh dough . The pizza was served hot and fresh and you ate it at your leisure as everyone does , you made us reheat it too you customised the pizza and yet after finishing it you just complained it was not okay.You were not charged for what you ordered and didn't eat.Imagine the loss of someone's hard work and material used , not to mention the wastage of food caused by you.Yes ,faults can be made , we are not infalable.The staff works hard and any slip up or mistake is not overlooked by us and they are well aware of that .You cannot form an opinion without tasting .And maybe you just have a different palate and it was not to your requirement.

Had the yummiest dinners at Cafe Indra, Bikaner Loved the Garlic Naan, Mix Veg & Paneer Lababdar, and their authentic Rajasthani Thali was just perfect A must-visit for amazing flavors & great vibes! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600
