There is a great view from Babs' Cafe In The Woods; by advance reservation only.. The nice staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. This place is a gem if you know about it. Its a 15 hike from Sattal lake and also can be accessed by road but need to take a deroute from sattal. We reached here without a reservation but they still served us with whatever they could. If you are planning, then you must call them a day prior to your visit as they arrange a full course meal which takes preparation. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Booked in advance for seasonal chef’s menu -and Nitya (Owner-Chef) ensured from Entrre’e to Dessert kept us wanting more . We had full 8 course meal and From Wild Spinach Soup to Pot Roast Chicken to Mushroom Truffle pasta and Peanut Caramel Icecream to finish off the meal. My Family thoroughly enjoyed and so as my pet Oscar . We will be back for sure whenever we r in this part of Kumaon .
