There is a lovely view from Cafe Highway. The energetic staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Cafe Highway on Theog Highway is one of the best food stops I’ve come across. I tried their kulcha and maggie, and both tasted amazing — full of flavour and served completely fresh. They do take a little time to prepare the food, but that’s the beauty of this place… everything is cooked fresh right in front of you. No shortcuts, no reheating — just pure, homely taste. It’s the kind of spot that, when people read about it, they genuinely feel like visiting. The freshness, the simplicity and the comforting vibe make it worth stopping for.
