I ordered food from Cafe Hideout via Zomato yesterday for a birthday occasion, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The butter naan was so chewy it felt like rubber, making it almost inedible. The paneer lababdar lacked flavor, and the crispy baby corn was not crispy at all—it felt more like a curry dish. The dahi ke sholay and malai soya chaap were equally underwhelming in taste. What’s more disappointing is that this place used to be really good, but the quality has clearly degraded. Whenever we raise a complaint, they try to compensate by sending replacement food very late at night (around 11 PM), which is not practical or acceptable—especially when the occasion is already over. Some items were overly oily, while others were completely bland. When I spoke to the manager (Naveen), the explanation given was that since 50 minutes had passed, the naan would obviously become chewy—which is quite unreasonable, as good food should maintain basic quality during delivery. Overall, a very poor experience. Definitely not recommended anymore. Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600
