I ordered chilli chicken and fried rice from swiggy! Where their chilli chicken was only showing dry! So while placing the order I wrote in a cooking instruction that make it gravy! Also gave rider voice instruction! And when the driver reached at restaurant. I also called at that time. But they still made dry chilli chicken without read the instructions! So what's the point of giving that option? And what's the point of writing it?? I don't want that food! Give me my money return! Both rider and restaurant people not even helpful, very rude! I don't want that food! Do something! I can't eat rice with dry chilli chicken! Please talk to restaurant partner! As they did not read instructions.. what if It will be choking! so who will be responsible? Swiggy or that restaurant I paid and I have given cooking instruction. You know that there's a option called 'cooking instruction' so my point is when we place order we can easily say that 'tikha mat banao blah blah' but when we write in that why the restaurant did not read???
