To, Mr.Rohan Manager Cafe Grumpee We visited Cafe grumpee,Vasant Vihar,New Delhi today.All was good enough until the bill arrived.A food item listed in the menu was printed rs 495 and they charged rs 595 for the same.The staff simply addressed the issues as a price change. When we reported the same ,the manager was not where to be found.We called him and raised the issue.The manager instructed the staff to deduct rs 100 after some discussion. I am uploading the bill...Look what they did...They simply deducted rs 100...and rest all taxes that depends on your billing amount remained the same. High end case of disappointment and pathetic violence of consumer laws. Beware!!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Lovely cafe. Great food. The hospitality is superb. The coffee amazing. There's just 1 thing problematic - The washroom. Its a common washroom and the horrible smell... absolutely needs to be corrected... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The food was very flavourful, a bit soggy but u suppose someone who has ordered in cannot complain, the shake was very nice too. It tasted newer and different, that really did it for me.
