I always eat snacks at this place. The quality is really good but recently I ordered wadapav from this place for my office snacks party. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the service and the taste. The taste of the wadapav was not up to the mark. I believe communication is key, they should have communicated the problem they were facing while preparing the order so that I could have postponed the plan or we should arrange something instead of delivering the order with bad taste. This would help manage expectations and ensure a better experience for everyone. I hope the establishment takes this feedback positively for future improvements. Place is good.
