Unfortunately, the staff present there when we visited today (i.e 4th April, 2021, 5:00 PM) was very unprofessional and ignorant. While serving his mouth was not covered with mask and when my mother tried to bring that to his notice he started arguing that even we are not wearing masks. I wanted to explain him that it's highly unlikely to eat while mask on but he was beyond logic. Also when he wanted to confirm an order of one of our guests, instead of asking politely he shouted from 20 metres away which made the lady conscious. Even water was not served to our table before we highlighted the same.
It is a beautiful place to be in, but requesting you all to kindly train your staff members.
