I visited Cafe Fusion for a cup of coffee over the weekend. I had read good reviews about it so thought of giving it a try. My first cup of coffee lasted for about 40-45mins, post which “the manager” Robin came up to me and asked if I am waiting for someone. I said yes I am, then he asked for how long I’ll be sitting. I told him I’ll be ordering another cup of coffee. He said ma’am there is a table charge if you sit for more than 30mins in the cafe. Is this the way staff in the hospitality industry is supposed to behave? I would like to highlight this to the owner of the cafe and ask him/her to train their staff better. How can they harass a customer in this way. For some people, a single cup of coffee can even last for an hour you just cannot speak to customers like this! I would not encourage anyone to visit cafe fusion, specially if you visiting alone, You will only be harassed when you go there. This is not a place where you can sit in peace and enjoy your coffee!
