I had an unpleasant experience at this café due to the staff's rude and dismissive behavior. It was clear they preferred serving western customers while ignoring others, making me feel unwelcome. While the views are nice—similar to what most cafes in the area offer—the attitude of the lady managing this cafe was not really welcoming and quite bossy. I ordered tea, but it was undercooked. When I politely asked if it could be reheated or replaced, she responded, “This is what we offer here,” and walked away. If you're running a cafe, it's essential to be open to feedback and strive for customer satisfaction be it a city or mountains. I was visiting dharamkot for few days And we had breakfast there Everything is great, the views, price and food. They have long range of options also different types of coffee. But I am a tea person but yeah if you enjoy coffee, they have everything. Great point for a sunset I can say .
