Cafe El Mar is an elegant cafe located close to Baga beach. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a premium ambiance. The staff is friendly and hospitable, making the experience even better. Unlike many other cafes in Goa, the music here is soothing rather than loud and blaring. I highly recommend this cafe for a relaxing visit.
