A local attraction - Bedekar Ganpati Mandir, that is situated beside this bar, is a part of the unique culture of this city. Chinese dishes are to be tried here. Taste good chilli chicken, chicken biryani and paneer. Try tasty fruit ice cream, parfait and curry dessert. After a long working week, you can taste delicious beer, Sangria or rum. As visitors write in their comments, bread drink served at Ecstasy lounge is great.
Musicians make live music in the evening. The nice staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The fast service is something these restaurateurs care about. A beautiful lounge like this situated on the slope near MIT college with an amazing ambience, background music and a decent view acts as a college adda for the students around as well as a place to hang out and chill.The menu features a wide variety of drinks as well as food ranging from North Indian and Indo-chinese to Continental. I tried out some of the Ecstasy specials that you won't find on any menu in Pune.Bhujing, a Mumbai dish, made it's way to Ecstasy and attracted the Punekars easily due to the brilliant combination of poha and chicken curry. This medium spicy dish laced with spices and coconut is quite filling.Rus Omelette, a local Goan dish, mainly consists of a classic omelette floating over a plate of spicy curry and served along with bread. A must try here!The star dish of Ecstasy lounge is the 'Bevdi Biryani', which is the quintessential biryani cooked in old monk rum right from the marination to the rice and flambéd in front of you. You can actually taste the rum in the biryani.Apart from these dishes, you can try the pizzas with a long cheese pull, a variety of bar bites and appetizers and tandoori dishes.The menu has been decided at affordable prices keeping in mind the college vicinity. Parking is available in the lane.
