*Disappointing Experience at Cafe Eclat* I'm extremely disappointed with the service I witnessed at Cafe Eclat, particularly from the chef and staff. On a scorching summer day with temperatures soaring to 38 degrees, a rider arrived to pick up an order and politely asked for a glass of water. Shockingly, the staff replied that the chef would scold them and refuse to provide water. As someone with 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I'm appalled by this behavior. Refusing someone water, especially in extreme heat, is unacceptable and shameful. I hope Cafe Eclat takes this feedback seriously and reiterates the importance of basic human kindness and hospitality to their staff. As a seasoned hospitality professional, I've never refused water to anyone, and I've never heard of such a refusal.
