The counter boy just threw the watery gravy and served me the Maggi as it was.This morning, when I was really hungry, I ordered Vegetable Masala Maggi from Durga Café. I clearly told the counter boy at least 3–4 times to make it dry and to add the vegetables properly. He assured me it was fine and said it would be ready in a maximum of 5 minutes.After 25 minutes, my order finally arrived. To my disappointment, the Maggi was drowned in watery gravy with just a few coriander leaves on top, completely ignoring my instructions. When I went to the counter and asked where the vegetables were and why it wasn’t dry, after a bit of discussion, the counter boy asked the cook to just remove the extra water and serve it. That’s how I got my “dry” Maggi.Even after this, I was so unhappy with the order that they canceled it and gave me a replacement. But again, it was bland, with watery gravy and just some peas and tomatoes on top. The taste was dull and under-seasoned.This is my honest review, but unfortunately, it’s not my first bad experience with Durga Café. Several times I’ve noticed them using expired milk or leftover ingredients, and when I’ve pointed it out, they just shrug it off. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing.
