I recently visited Cafe Delicio with high hopes due to its convenient location near my office. While I must commend the courteous service and pleasant ambiance, I was extremely disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. I made several visits and tried a variety of items from your menu, hoping to find something satisfying. Unfortunately, every dish I tried lacked both quality and flavor. It's disheartening to find that even after providing feedback to your team on multiple occasions, there hasn't been any noticeable improvement in the food. From sandwiches to entrees, the food seemed to lack the attention to detail and care that I would expect from a reputable establishment. Even the tea, a seemingly simple offering, fell short of my expectations. I urge Cafe Delicio to prioritize the quality of its food over flashy packaging or marketing tactics. While your service is commendable, it's the taste and quality of the food that truly matter.
