This review is for outlet in "Second Floor, Good Earth City Centre, Unit No. 223A, 223B & 223C, Sector 50, Gurugram. This was an extremely disappointing visit to Cafe Delhi Heights, entirely due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of a senior staff member. Due to this We just left out in half after ordering and consuming one item because we don't want to cancel order. Aggressively Pushy: He tried to force his own food and drink choices on us instead of taking our order. Hostile Attitude: When we ordered what we wanted, his behavior became even ruder. Misleading Information: He claimed they only had 2-3 beer brands available and refused to provide other options. Poor Service: He made no effort to explain anything properly and was dismissive throughout. This is not the quality of service one expects from such a well-known brand. I would advise management to look into their staff's conduct at this location." Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
