I visited lucknow for official work and stayed there with my family from 15th to 17th aug.. The hospitality, food, overall arrangement, cleanness and above all behaviour of staff was very good. One more experience i want to share here, On 17th aug after checkout and on my way returning, i found that mistakenly left my bluetooth earbud in my hotel room. Immediately contacted the hotel authority and the very next day the room service informed that they found the item and told me to drop a mail so that they can send me the product via courier. As i lived in madhya pradesh and it will took time i send the mail with all details and within a week i got my headset. Kudos....Hotel lineage for overall great services. Service: 5
