Pathetic experience with a hotel that pretends to be 5-star. The staff, especially the receptionist, is completely untrained and unprofessional. Hospitality standards are shockingly poor. Hotel Linage is one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. Service: 1

Hotel Lineage, Lucknow – Excellent Stay had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lineage, Lucknow. The team was courteous and proactive, and they kindly upgraded my room to a suite, which made the experience even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable — perfect for a relaxed and pleasant stay. The food was another highlight. Both dinner and breakfast had a good spread with tasty and well-prepared dishes, offering something for every palate. Overall, the service, comfort, and hospitality were top-notch.
