I told them not to add ice in my order of grape juice but I received the juice as the chilled one as if they added ice, I tried contacting the cafe and they gave me a blunt response that we didn't add ice but the fruit (grape) was stored in the refrigerator and they will be naturally cold. I'm totally disappointed with the response
