I would like to shed some light on the mere negligence of this cafe. Moreover for the past three days this cafe was shut and had turned their contact number into switched off mode. I have been a regular customer over here since your inception. Please avoid treating your customers as a mere piece of burden . Furthermore your staff is more enthusiastic handling only bank employees and tend to overlook ordinary customers. The air conditioning in the main hall or service area has been obsolete since the past three weeks . Please do not make us witness your downfall .Please try refurbishing good service. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It is one of the most underrated cafes in Thrissur. I haven't heard or knew much about this place before but only when one of my friends suggested this place I went to have their Fried chicken and guys trust me they have one of the best fried chickens in Thrissur right now...The best quality at the best rate , and also The Chicken Caesar Salad...oh man it's so addictive and satiating and definitely unrivalled...Now I don't know cafes/restaurants that have Salads or even if there are, I don't know about places that give salad with the quality and quantity Cafe Crosso gives and at that rate....It's just amazingly delicious, now, it has become my favourite spot to hang out with friends and family and Thanks to the cafe for introducing me to the healthy Caesars salad, It's worth the crave and hype guys!! Just try it for once and thank me later . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
