Hi Abhishek.. Thanks for updates. I guess you four guys come together and prefer to order with Swiggy Dine out. Did you ask whether Dine out service is available or not? One of your friend was pretending to make payment via phone pe, but not actually make the payment. So who is hounded for money. First ask your friends to behave like a normal human being. And if it's a matter of Hard earn money why should one loose it. So better grow up and learn how to behave in public place. It was your luck that I was not present at counter. Else you blame yourself. Grow up bachha...

Ridiculous services. The owner is a pain to talk to. Overall a bad experience. Cafe creme is a good chain and there are multiple alternatives and other cafe creme stores in nashik. Avoid this place. I hope you understand that but your issues with any of the third party service provider's is not the customer's concern. Secondly, that is still no excuse to talk to the customers the way you do. Also what I noticed here is that there have been other reviews too who have complained about the customer service and rude behaviour experience in this outlet, therefore, I feel that's an area that should be worked out on. Not complaining about the quality of food though. :)

If there is any issue in quality or service we are ready to improve. Also you should understand that if your coupon from Magic Pin is having redemption issue on portal that is something we cant help. We are not technical expert to find out the Magic Pin coupon redemption Problem. We have other customers to attend, and they are happy with our quality and service. We know you are not happy just because your coupon is not redeem here. Also you can compare the quality of food and Kuka with any other Cafe Creme's outlet in Nasik City or in any other City . :)
